cumentlateron.componenttagscandefinethestatusofacomponentoradocument,priority,categoryofadocument.Incomponentstagssettingsintheadminpageitispossibletoaddanewcomponenttagbyclickingacorrespondingbutton,deletecomponenttags,uploada.jsonfilewithnewcomponenttagsanddownloada.jsonfilewithalreadyexistingtags.ComponentTagssettingsComponenttagscanbeaddedmanuallyoraJSONfilecontainingneededcomponenttagconfigurationcanbeuploadedonthecomponenttagspage.Ifyouwouldliketodoitmanually,click“Addtag”.Youneedtofillinallrequiredinformationaboutcreatedtag:●tagkey-mustincludewordsandlowline,ifneeded,only;●componenttypes-whichcomponentthistagwillbeapplicablefor(text,table,image);●displaykey-issetautomaticallyafterthetagkeyisinserted;●allowedparagraphdecorators-ifyousetallowedPD,itmeansthatonlyforthisPDaddingthecomponenttagwillbeavailable;ifyouleavethisfieldempty,addingthecomponenttagwillbeavailableforallPDs;●textandfillingcolors;●nameinallsupportedlanguages.DetailsofanewcomponenttagAlso,youhavetodecide,whetheranewcomponenttagisunique-inthiscasethiscomponenttagcanbeusedonlyonceperdocument.Thenewlycreatedcomponenttagwillbeshownintheeditorduringthechoosingwhichcomponenttagshouldbeadded.NewlycreatedcomponenttaghighlightedAfterthat,youhavetoworkonafieldofatag.Youhavetoinsertfieldkeyinallsupportedlanguagesandchooseafieldtypeanddecidewhetheritisrequired.FieldkeyofacomponenttagFieldtypeshighlightedFieldtypeisatypeofbuttonincomponenttagsfeatureandafterfieldtypehasbeenchosen,itwillbedisplayedthenintheeditorontherightsideofthedocument.ComponenttagfieldhighlightedThelastthingtosetbeforethecomponenttagisreadyisoptions.Inthesystemtherecanbecomponenttagswhichincludedifferentstates.Thepart‘Options’isresponsibleforcreatingandnamingthosestates.Forexample,acomponenttag‘Priority’hasbeencreated.Therearedifferentstatesofpriority-1,2,3.Therefore,thesestatesshouldbeaddedto‘Options’.OptionshighlightedIfweprovideanotherexamplewithacomponenttag‘Status’,therearealsodifferentstatusesandallofthemaresetin‘Options’.Optionsforacomponenttag'Status'Intheoptionsyouhavetoinsertvalue(canconsistofnumbers,wordsandlowlinesonly)andnameinEnglishandGermanorothersupportedlanguages.Alsoyoucaneditordeleteanoption.Tocreateanewone,click‘Plus’attheendoftheline‘Options’(seeImage16).Oncethecomponenttagsarecreatedoruploadedonthespecificsystem,theycanbefindinSMASHDOCseditor,whenyouaddacomponenttagtoanycomponents.AnewcomponenttaghighlightedIntextcomponentyoucanseethenameofcomponenttag,fillingcolor(blue,asinsettings)andtextcolor(white,asinsettings).4SpecialCharactersInSpecialCharacterssettingsyoucanalsocreateanewspecialcharacter,editanddeleteit.SpecialCharacterssettingsYoualsohaveanopportunitytouploadafilewithcomponenttagstotheAdminpagein.jsonformattoaddthemtoyoursystemanddownloada.jsonfilewithalreadyexistingspecialcharactersintheAdminpagetohaveaclearoverlookofcodes,namesandkeynamesinallsupportedlanguageswithinasingledocument.Ifyouneedtocreatenewspecialcharacters,pressthebutton“Addnew”.Youareabletocreatespecialcharactersmenu,whereyouhavetoinsertkeyandnameofitinallsupportedlanguages.Specialcharactersmenuallowsausertocreateseveralcharactersrelatedtoonegroup(e.g.Arrows-means,thatcodesofallspecialcharactersthatreferto‘arrows’intheAdminpagewillbedisplayedinasinglespecialcharactersmenu).CreatespecialcharactersmenuScrolldownandyouwillfindanoptiontocreateaspecialcharacterbyaddingcodeandaname.Press“+New”andyouwillcreateonemorecharacterinthisgroup.CodesandnamesofspecialcharactersButton"+New"highlightedAfteryouclick“Save”abovethedialogwindow,thenewspecialcharactersmenuwillbeaddedtothelist.InSMASHDOCseditorthenewsetofspecialcharactersfromthecreatedmenuwillbedisplayedunderthesign“Specialcharacters”.NewlyaddedspecialcharactershighlightedAllarrow-signs,thatarecalleddownwards,upwards,globalriseandglobalfallappearintheSMASHDOCseditorafteraddingtheircodesintheAdminpageandareavailabletouse.Youcanalsofindgroupsofparticularspecialcharactersbyclicking“Allspecialcharacters”.AllspecialcharactershighlightedThenyouwillseethelistofgroupsofspecialcharacters.Chooseonethatyouneedtofind.RequiredgroupofspecialcharactershighlightedClickonthegroupanditwillbeseparatedforyoutofindappropriatecharactermorequickly.Separatedgroupofspecialcharactershighlighted5InlineStylesIntheAdminpageitispossibletoadd,editanddeleteaninlinestyle.ClicktherelatediconinthelefttoolbarandyoucancreateanewinlinestylethatwillbeaddedthentoyourSMASHDOCssystemandwillbeavailabletobeappliedinadocument.InlineStylessettingsAfterclickingthebutton“Addstyle”,thedialogappears,whereyougettwopartsofsettings:"Names"and"Settings".AddingstylekeyanditsnameinallsupportedlanguagesduringinlinestylecreationInthepart"Names"youshouldinsertastylekeyandthenameofastyleinallsupportedlanguages.Inthepart"Settings"youapplycharacteristicsofthenewlycreatedstyle:●Fontfamily-incasestylechangesthescriptofatextpart,whereitisapplied;●Fontsize-iftextpartwiththisstyleshouldbesmaller/biggerthanthewholetextline;●Fontcolor-coloroftextinthestyle;●Highlighting-iftextinthestyleshouldbehighlighted
