FivecriticalcomponentsareneededtoapplytheModelforImprovement Animprovementprojectthatcanbe: process-focusedrelatedtosavingtime,moneyorimprovingqualityofaserviceorsystem,or. outcome-focusedonimprovinghealthstatus,behavior,attitude,and/orknowledge. Peoplewhowilltesttheinterventionsorchanges. Afamilyofmeasures,includingimpactandprocessmeasures.Afewofthemeasuresshouldhavethepotentialofbeingtrackedatleastmonthly.
