Thebroadnatureofstaninesminimisestheover-interpretationofsmall,insignificantdifferencesamongtestscores.Staninesarethereforeparticularlyusefulinreportingtestinformationtopupilsandtoparents,astheyarerelativelyeasytounderstandandinterpret. Recommendations Recommendationsprovidedintheindividualreportsarebasedontheauthor’swideexperienceofworkingwithdyscalculia.However,localproceduresandresourcesmayneedtobetakenintoaccountindetermininganimplementationplan.Theeffectivenessofspecialisthelpdependsupontheprogrammeofstudyfittingtheindividualcircumstances.Generalprescriptionsarelikelytobeoflittleuse.
